BadaBoop Service – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BadaBoop mobile application (“App”), provided by BadaBoop Technologies (“BadaBoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the BadaBoop App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BadaBoop App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
2. App Description

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Post, transmit, or share content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems, data, or user accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or other users’ enjoyment.
- Use the App to solicit personal information from minors.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without cause, at any time and without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
BadaBoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

By using the BadaBoop App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
